NAKED SHRIMP*
Grilled, medium rare shrimp seasoned
with lime nampla & chili mingled
with lemon grass.
TOM YUM KAI
Hot & sour chicken soup with
mushrooms & a touch of lemon grass.
BROCCOLI PORK
Pork & fresh broccoli with garlic
oyster sauce.
CRYING TIGER
Medallions of prime cut, charcoal
broiled ultra spicy beef intertwined
with greens.

MEE KROB
Crispy rice noodles w/shrimp,
chicken or bean cake, sprouts
and tamarind.
ROYAL SALAD
Grilled beef or chicken salad with
a spicy lime dressing.
HOT THAI BASIL BEEF
Beef with bell pepper, onions,
mushrooms, ground red chili & basil.
CHICKEN CURRY
Chicken with a spicy curry sauce.

Marinated shrimp wrapped w/crispy
noodles & deep fried. Served with a
sweet and sour peanut sauce.
TOM KAE KAI
An exotic & spicy soup containing a
mixture of coconut w/chicken,
cabbage and rare Laos roots.
KANG MUSSAMAN
Classic curry sauce w/potatoes
and onions topped with peanuts.
PAHT THAI NOODLES
Chantaboon noodles, shrimp, ground
peanuts, chili powder & bean sprouts.

charcoal broiled & served w/peanut sauce
YUM WOON SEN
Glass noodles, chicken, shrimp,
cashew nuts, cucumber, onions
and mint leaves in a spicy sauce.
GINGER PORK
Pork with young ginger, onion, green
peppers and mushrooms
DRUNKEN NOODLES
Pan fried noodles & combination of
chicken, pork, shrimp & squid
with vegetables & chili.
